The girls' basketball team that I am an assistant coach on made it to State for the
2nd year in a row. After losing in the first game last year, we were very excited to win the first game this year guaranteeing us two more games. Unfortunately, we lost to Andover Central (who ended up being the 4A State Champs) in the second game. We played for 3rd place yesterday against last year's champs and won! I am so excited for these girls - the seniors this year were on the first freshmen team that I coached, so I've been with them four years - it just won't be the same without them.
